This Privacy Policy governs the processing and use of personal and other data by PeptidProduct LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
By transmitting to the Operator personal and other data through the Site, the User confirms his/her consent to the use of the specified data on the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, he/she must stop using the Site. An unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy is necessary for using the Site by the User.
1. ТЕРМИНЫ
1.1. Site—is a website located on the Internet at: www.complexnb.ru
All exclusive rights to the Site and its individual elements (including software and design) belong to the Operator in full.
1.2. User—is a person using the Site.
By using this website and/or providing personal data, you give your consent for the processing of your personal data. If you do not agree with the privacy policy, please do not use this website and do not submit your personal data.

2.3.2 E-mail address;
2.3.3 Mobile phone number.
2.3.4. Passport data.
2.4. The User is not allowed to indicate personal data of third parties on the Site.
3. PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA
3.1. The operator undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dd. July 27, 2006 and the internal documents of the Operator.
3.2. With respect to Personal Data and other User Data, their confidentiality is preserved, except when these data are publicly available.
3.3. The Company destroys or impersonates personal data upon the achievement of processing purposes, in the event of no purpose of processing and (or) in the event of the deletion of the User's account.
3.4. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data of the User without the consent of the User to the following persons:
3.4.1 State bodies, including the bodies of inquiry and investigation, and to local self-government bodies on their reasoned request;
3.4.2 Operator's partners in order to execute the User's orders;
3.4.3 In other cases expressly provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.6. The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data to third parties not specified in the clause 3.5 of this Privacy Policy, in the following cases:
3.6.1 The User expressed his/her consent to such actions;
3.6.2 The transfer is necessary in the context of the User's use of the Site or provision of the Services to the User;
3.7. The Operator performs automated and other processing of Personal Data.
4. OTHER PROVISIONS
4.1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy apply the law of the Russian Federation.
4.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation at the location where the Operator is registered.
Before applying to the court, the User must observe the mandatory pre-trial order and send the relevant claim to the Operator in writing. The period for responding to such a claim is 30 (thirty) working days.
4.3. If, for one or another reason, one or more of the provisions of the Privacy Policy are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
4.4. The Operator has the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time (in whole or in part) unilaterally without prior consent of the User. All changes take effect the next day after posting them on the Site.
5. A RESPONSIBILITY
5.1. In case of non-fulfillment of the provisions of this Policy, the Operator shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. During the processing of personal data, the Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, spreading personal data, as well as other illegal actions with respect to personal data.
